- Regular, comprehensive inspection visits by your block manager
- Ongoing monitoring and inspection of block services, grounds, maintenance and cleanliness
- Meeting with owners on request
- Regular meetings with the Directors/Residents Association
- Appointment and continuing supervision of contractors
- Organise and supervise planned maintenance programs
- Contract tendering/negotiation and annual renewals
- Setting up and monitoring Building Insurance Policies

- Organise and attend 1 Annual General Meeting per year

- Organising payment of all invoices to creditors
- Annual preparation of accounting documentation for auditor at year end
- Review of budgets
- Review of Budget Vs Expenditure
- Dealing with owners’ telephone queries
- Answering correspondence
Credit Control
- Management, monitoring of any outstanding service charges
- Internal credit control
- Supervising the legal process for recovery of outstanding service charges (if required)
- Receiving payments
- Organising payment plans and methods of payment
