Patricia is our Block Manager and oversees our entire Block Management department. Six years ago, Patricia joined us and established our Block department, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge on property management and services. She is kept extremely busy every day with inspections, maintenance and repairs, AGMs, budget control, utilities, contract negotiation and much more.
